In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "phsky1," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the phsky1 platform accessible at phsky1.cam, its licensors, affiliates, and authorized service providers.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered through phsky1.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the phsky1 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, fishing games, and any other wagering products made available on phsky1.
• "Platform" means the phsky1 website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated technology through which Services are delivered.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets, or promotional awards granted to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required by phsky1 prior to processing withdrawal requests.

By accessing the phsky1 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the phsky1 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phsky1 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms as currently in force.

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and phsky1 with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the phsky1 Platform.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use phsky1. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. phsky1 verifies player age through the KYC process and may request documentary proof at any time.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. phsky1 Services are intended for players located in and accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phsky1 Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) phsky1 Account at any time. The opening of duplicate, additional, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. phsky1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly in the event of any changes. phsky1 accepts no liability arising from inaccurate or outdated registration data provided by you.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on phsky1:

• Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Persons who have self-excluded from phsky1 or any other gambling platform during an active exclusion period;
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of phsky1 and its affiliates, partners, and licensed game providers;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons acting on behalf of, or as agents for, third parties for the purpose of wagering.

4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsky1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phsky1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phsky1 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 Account Activity. All activities conducted through your Account, including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, are deemed to have been authorized by you. You are responsible for all Account activity whether or not conducted by you personally.

4.4 Personal Use Only. Your phsky1 Account is for your personal recreational use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, including systematic wagering on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Device Security. phsky1 strongly recommends that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. phsky1 assumes no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to log out or secure your device.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phsky1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phsky1 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via GCash or Maya is ₱100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet) is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as determined by both phsky1 and the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal, phsky1 requires:

• Completion of KYC identity verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• Verification that the withdrawal method belongs to the registered Account holder;
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds;
• A minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the Account settings at time of request.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. phsky1 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking intermediaries.

5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your phsky1 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. phsky1 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and to suspend Account activity pending such verification.

5.6 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phsky1 is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game outcomes and payouts.

6.2 Finality of Results. Game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the phsky1 system. phsky1 reserves the right to void or reverse bets where a technical error, malfunction, or irregularity is identified, provided such action is taken within a reasonable timeframe and communicated to the affected player.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during game play — including but not limited to disconnection, server failure, or software error — phsky1 will not be liable for any resulting loss. Where possible, phsky1 will attempt to restore game states from the last reliable server record.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or lobby. phsky1 reserves the right to impose individual player wagering limits at its discretion.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including pre-match and live in-play markets, are subject to specific sports betting terms that supplement these general Terms. Markets may be suspended, amended, or voided at phsky1's discretion where circumstances warrant, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, or irregularity.

7.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by phsky1 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, which include but are not limited to: Account verification status, deposit method, minimum deposit amounts, and player activity history. phsky1 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, time limit, game contribution rates, and maximum bet restrictions for each promotion are specified in the promotion-specific terms published at time of offer.

7.3 One Bonus Per Event. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players are limited to one (1) instance of each promotional offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other circumvention methods will result in forfeiture of all bonuses claimed and may result in Account suspension.

7.4 Abuse of Bonus Terms. phsky1 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse or advantage play. If phsky1 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk — phsky1 reserves the right to void bonus funds, associated winnings, and to restrict or close the player's Account.

7.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the player's Wallet without prior notice beyond the original promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsky1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, free plays, or winnings not properly due;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate payment transactions following receipt of services;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorization;
• Any conduct intended to defraud phsky1 or other players on the Platform;
• Circumventing any technical or administrative controls implemented by phsky1.

phsky1 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

9.1 Commitment. phsky1 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals. We offer tools and resources designed to support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phsky1 players via Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your phsky1 Wallet;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and automatic session termination based on time played;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of your Account for a player-defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the phsky1 Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months, renewable at the player's request.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Once self-excluded, players will not receive marketing communications from phsky1 for the duration of the exclusion. Any attempt to open a new Account during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9.4 Age Verification. phsky1 uses KYC verification and technical controls to prevent access by persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. If phsky1 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21, we reserve the right to suspend the Account pending age verification and to void all transactions associated with that Account.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the phsky1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements, and compiled data, is the exclusive property of phsky1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

10.2 Limited License. phsky1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any component of the phsky1 Platform without the express prior written consent of phsky1. Unauthorized use of phsky1 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11.1 No Warranty. The phsky1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phsky1 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phsky1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses.

11.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, phsky1's aggregate maximum liability to you for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsky1 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. phsky1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

12.1 Suspension by phsky1. phsky1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where phsky1 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your phsky1 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements. Any verified cash balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, whether initiated by phsky1 or by you, your right to access and use the Platform shall cease immediately. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been satisfied will be forfeited at the time of termination. Verified cash balances will be returned in accordance with phsky1's standard withdrawal procedures.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by phsky1 is governed by the phsky1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and phsky1. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

phsky1 processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable regulations of the National Privacy Commission. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and phsky1 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You should submit your complaint in writing to phsky1's support team, who will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who are dissatisfied with the resolution of a dispute may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.

phsky1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — phsky1 will provide reasonable prior notice via Account notification, email, or a prominent site announcement.

Your continued use of the phsky1 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. phsky1 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
